Building infrastructure for next-generation capital markets where enterprises run 100% on-chain for all recordkeeping – securing transactions, ensuring compliance, and providing unprecedented transparency.
Transforming Capital Flows
CapSign was founded in 2023 with a bold vision: to transform how enterprises operate by enabling 100% on-chain recordkeeping across all business functions. We're creating a future where security, compliance, and transparency are built into the digital infrastructure of every organization.
From Vision to Reality
CapSign was born from the realization that crypto and blockchain were meant to democratize capital markets—removing barriers and making the marketplace between ideas and capital more accessible. Our founder saw firsthand how difficult it is for determined entrepreneurs to raise funds and launch companies in a world increasingly commodified and controlled by accelerators and VCs. Inspired by the early promise of ICOs and decentralized finance, CapSign was created to help anyone with a good idea, determination, and execution bring their vision to life. CapSign is proof that one person's vision, paired with relentless execution, can reimagine an entire industry.
CapSign is led by a single founder who believes that one person, with vision and relentless determination, can build technology that transforms global capital markets. The journey so far is proof that innovation and impact start with a bold idea and the drive to see it through.
